Shipping & RETURNS

Thank you for shopping with Saifuddin Group. We want to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and satisfactory. This page outlines our shipping and returns policies to provide you with all the necessary information.

 

Shipping Policy

 

Order Processing: We strive to process and ship all orders within 2 -  business days of receiving them. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Methods: We offer only standard shipping method. 

 

Shipping Charges: It will be calculated on the basis of the product ordered. Standard delivery method takes within 1 - 3 business days depending on your location and charges are calculated on basis of the boxes of the products  , i.e  1 box = 26 dirhams.

 

Shipping Address: We  deliver all over United Arab Emirates. International shipping is currently unavailable.

 

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to track the progress of your package.

 

Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges within 48 hours from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, in the original packaging and also the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refunds and Exchanges: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund or exchange accordingly. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and exchanges will be shipped out as soon as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Inspection upon Delivery: It is important to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within a day of delivery to report the issue.

  • Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement, issuing a refund, or arranging for repair, depending on the circumstances.
